With extensive experience leading operationally-focused, process & audit improvement functions, Joe has extensive experience in leading process innovations across Tier 1 Telecommunications, MSO and Government Consulting Organizations.

He is a highly strategic, entrepreneurial, performance driven and quality-focused process management professional with extensive experience in showcasing change and operations management skills, with a focus on data driven methodologies.

Over time he has seen the untapped potential for a data driven process approach thru the discovery of "Process Execution" data. This led him to found Hacking Quality, LLC to further advocate this approach.
